3-star holiday home with free-roaming alpacas in Dartmoor National Park

Animals & Farm Experience

Guests share their cabin field with free-roaming alpacas that approach for feeding. An honesty shop sells alpaca feed for £2.50 per bag, allowing direct interaction with the animals. The farm also keeps chickens, ducks, pigs, guinea pigs, and a tortoise for children to encounter.

Accommodation

Dartmoor Reach offers 3-star holiday cabins such as Bluebell, Hen House, and Buttercup, each with a private bathroom and outdoor shower. The Standard Quadruple Room has a mezzanine double bed with a den space underneath, accessed by a ladder. Each cabin includes a kitchenette with three hobs, a fridge, toaster, and cafetiere.

Facilities & Services

Massage services and a children's playground are available on site. Guests can use the outdoor fireplace, picnic area, and sun terrace for relaxing. A concierge service, express check-in/out, luggage storage, and valet parking are offered.

Activities & Location

Cycling, fishing, hiking, and water sports facilities can be arranged from the property. Newton Abbot Racecourse is 8 km away, and Sandy Park Rugby Stadium is 23 km away. An airport shuttle runs to Exeter International Airport, 27 km from the farm.

Family-Friendly

The children's playground, swings, and mud kitchen keep younger guests occupied. A farm hand experience with host Josh lets children help feed chicks, ducks, and collect eggs. Evening entertainment and a fairy house hunt are also provided.
